Ambassador Omar Samad, professeur invité : he is a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council’s South Asia Center. He is also the founder and president of Silkroad Consulting, LLC. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, Samad was a senior Afghan expert in-residence with the Center for Conflict Management at the US Institute of Peace from January 2012 to January 2013. He also served as Ambassador of Afghanistan to France from 2009 to 2011 and Ambassador to Canada from 2004 to 2009.

Marisa Zalabak , guest lecturer : Educational psychologist, AI ethicist and transdisciplinary specialist, Marisa is Co-Founder of Global Alliance for DigitalEducation and Sustainability (GADES), a global community of knowledge and practice advancing multisector, multigenerational and multicultural education, awareness, capacity, and literacy around the responsible design, development, and use of digital and AI technologies with consideration for social and environmental sustainability.
Marisa currently serves with IEEE.org as Co-Chair of the AI Ethics Education committee and as Chair of the Global Methodologies committee for the Planet Positive 2030 climate and technology initiative, Strong Sustainability by Design. She is contributing author to publications in transdisciplinary collaboration and several recommended standards with IEEE for AI design and practices related to human well-being, including standards for smart cities and addressing the use of emulated emotions in AI systems.
Marie-Hélène Hirtz , professeure permanente : est enseignante, consultante RH, coach et psychopraticienne, a travaillé en entreprise, association, université et en free-lance. Au cours de sa carrière, elle a accompagné des publics variés de tous âges et origines. Après plusieurs déménagements en France, elle a vécu 9 ans à Shanghai, où elle a d’abord présidé une association en collaboration avec le Consulat général de France puis créé une entreprise dédiée à promouvoir la culture française et à aider les jeunes Chinois dans leur mobilité. Diplômée en psychologie, sciences de l’éducation et ressources humaines, elle se passionne pour l’accompagnement des personnes, les aidant à révéler leur potentiel et à s’épanouir.
