As we close the door on 2025, we take a look back at what we have accomplished and what we can look forward to in 2026.

Ellen Wasylina has been sharing our message of the importance of Sustainable Leadership & Diplomacy, where she was invited to speak this year in Sofia, Bulgaria, Hammamet, Tunisia, Brussels, Belgium, Nice, France, and Vienna, Austria .

She has also written several chapters in collective books , notably :

The Year 2025 was a momentous year , as our school finally got the Rectorate of Nice’s approval and declared to open on January 21, 2025 . We have since moved to Nice, France , where we are now headquartered . We are currently visiting possible classrooms , campus , where are classes will be held .

Also in January, Ellen founded a think tank, the Sustainable Diplomacy Circle and its flagship magazine , Sustainable Diplomacy , which just published its inaugural issue in November .

We created an Executive Masters program , that has been approved by the Rectorate of Nice . On October 9, we launched a weekly video podcast series presenting our five Executive certificates . They are available in our Media Center, or on our podcast , Mediterranean Sustainability Partners

We launched our Ambassador program , with the objective of creating an ecosystem of new leaders in Sustainable Leadership & Diplomacy . Ellen Wasylina is proud to announce that 17 Senior and Junior ambassadors will be joining us in 2026 : https://trocaderoforum-institute.org/2025/11/24/tfi-ambassadors/. They will have dedicated pages here on our website in the New Year.

Finally , we created our first Newsletter , now available here : https://trocaderoforum-institute.org/welcome-to-our-newsletter/. Issue 2 is currently in the making and will come out in January . There are the following sections : Coming to Nice ; a page dedicated to our Masters of Arts program, with academic and extra-curricular highlights planned for the two years ; a page dedicated to our Executive Masters program ; a Save the date page, as we begin 2026, where you can meet Ellen and her ambassadors ; the Ambassador appointments ; we will introduce and highlight our official partners ; and we end with some culinary specialities of Nice .
