Her academic education in France was demanding, both theoretical and practical fields, based on excellence, critical thinking, and international openness. Studying in France allowed her to evolve in a multicultural environment, develop strong analytical skills, and acquire an understanding of European economic, social, and institutional issues.
Ms. Wasylina’s classes (CMH 2023-2024) played a decisive role in this development. Her teachings in human resources and intercultural management taught her to better understand cultural differences, adapt her communication, and manage with emotional intelligence. The course on the culture, democracy, and institutions of the European Union also allowed her to be aware of the mechanisms of European governance and the challenges of international cooperation. Today, in her role as director’s assistant apprentice in a 5-star hotel, these lessons are essential for working effectively with teams and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, and for navigating complex and international professional environments with discernment.
