Dr. Professor Haitham Saad Ramadan

Dr. Professsor Haitham Ramadan obtained his PhD from the Department of Energy and Automatic Control of École Supérieure d’Électricité (SUPELEC), University of South Paris XI, France in March 2012. Since August 2013, Prof. Dr. Ramadan did several postdoctoral research missions in the Laboratory of Signal and Systems (LSS), the Federation of Research of Fuel Cells (FCLAB), the FEMTO-ST laboratory and the University of Belfort Montbéliard in France. In 2020, Prof. Dr. Ramadan joined the International Institute ISTHY, l’Institut international du Stockage de l’Hydrogène, the first French laboratory for testing and certifications of Hydrogen tanks as Research and Innovation Chair and Manager.

Marie-Hélène Hirtz, enseignante, consultante RH, coach et psychopraticienne, a travaillé en entreprise, association, université et en free-lance. Au cours de sa carrière, elle a accompagné des publics variés de tous âges et origines. Après plusieurs déménagements en France, elle a vécu 9 ans à Shanghai, où elle a d’abord présidé une association en collaboration avec le Consulat général de France puis créé une entreprise dédiée à promouvoir la culture française et à aider les jeunes Chinois dans leur mobilité. Nurşin Ateşoğlu Güney graduated in Political Science from State University College in 1979 and earned her MA (1985) and PhD (1992) in International Relations from Istanbul University. She has held various academic roles at Marmara University and is now affiliated with the National Intelligence Academy. Additionally, she is a security and nuclear energy expert at the Bilge Adamlar Center for Strategic Studies. Prof. Güney has authored numerous works on the Middle East, U.S. foreign policy, security studies, and more.She ıs a professor of international relations.
She is president of CEMES, the Center of Mediterranean Security.
