As we look forward to our Summer vacation, we are pleased to announce that the third volume of speeches made by Ellen Wasylina from 2023-2026 will be published in July .

The book is aptly entitled , “Implications of Climate change on Global Security”.

A renowned and respected geopolitical and geoeconomic expert , she has shared her expertise and written speeches about the critical subjects of the day since her first speech in. 2013 , at the Geopolitical Festival in Grenoble , France, entitled “Securing the periphery of Europe: Mission impossible ?”

This third volume gathers her most recent speeches from 2023-2026 , with her last speech entitled “The case of the failure of the UNSC in preventing the war in Ukraine : the need for a new global order”, delivered at the 6th annual International Human Rights conference in Rzeszow , Poland on June 11, 2026.

The book begins in Istanbul at the Istanbul Security Forum in May 2023 with her speech , entitled “Implications of Climate Change on Global Security”.

What follows are her speeches centered around such critical topics as :
