As we look forward to a well deserved Summer break , we wish all of our fellow Americans and French family a wonderful Holiday Season.

This year is a special year in America, the 250th anniversary of the Republic . I am so pleased to be able to celebrate it this year in Nice with the American Club of the Riviera .

As for July 14th, for the first time in many years , I will miss the military parade that I so much enjoy, as I will be delivering a seminar in Baku on that day.
